Life Science Centre Halloween

 Hi Everyone,


You can enjoy some Halloween-themed fun for all the family at Life Science Centre during half term: learn how to make a scary shadow puppet or GIF, watch the live show Spooky Science and take part in the Skeleton Trail. Plus, explore the Space Zone, Brain Zone and the LEGO® Brick Dinos exhibition!


You must pre-book a 2 hour time slot for your visit, price for a family of 4 is £22 (including donation).

Jarrow Hall Halloween Activities

 Hi Everyone,


Jarrow Hall have some fun Haloween activities planned for you this half term. 


"Get into the seasonal spooky spirit by picking your own pumpkin from Jarrow Hall’s Pumpkin Patch! Develop your ghoulishly creative skills by carving a pumpkin into a Halloween jack-o-lantern!


Fancy dress is encouraged and if you spook the team you will be rewarded with a sweet treat! 


All materials will be provided for £4 plus admission. Timed ticket slots available from 9am Friday 2nd October."

Hall Hill Farm

Hi Everyone, 

The wonderful Hall Hill Farm are hosting a Spooky Half Term event between 24 October 2020 to 01 November 2020

Spooky activities include make your own scarecrow, carve a pumpkin lantern, tractor & trailer rides and the Barrel Train. 

There are small additional charges for pumpkins, and the Barrel Train (£1). 

Tickets for Spooky Half-term week are planned to go on sale on Monday 5th October.

Mother Shipton's Cave

 Hi Everyone, 


Between 24th October and 1st November Mother Shipton’s Cave will be transformed for Haloween.. 


This event is suitable for all ages, explore the spooky forest and Halloween Haunted Village, but watch out for witches, ghosts and creepy skeletons around every corner! There’s lots of ghoulish fun to be had with photo opportunities and fancy dress competitions.


You will also be able to enjoy the  Adventure Playground, Mother Shipton’s Cave, Petrifying Well, Wishing Well, Museum and Gift Shop on you visit.

Halloween at Brockhole

 Hi Everyone,


If you are looking for a real Halloween experience then Brockhole's return of the  pumpkin in Windermere looks like just the ticket. 


This event is said to take around 4 - 5 hours and is a fully outdoor immersive experience suitable for all ages. You have the option to buy a under 7 pumpkin pass for the little ones and a over 7 pumpkin pass for the bigger kids. 


The event runs from 21st - 31st October and at time of posting has tickets remaining  for Haloween.

Spillmans Pumpkins
